Schedule

  • Nov 1st 2012 - Outline. Accomplished.
  • Dec 31st 2012- 1st draft. Partially delivered. Extended to Jan 15th.
  • Jan 1st 2013- Jan 22nd 2013- review period
  • Jan 31st 2013 - final draft incorporating review.
  • Feb 25th - RSA - Release (Final decision once the 1st drafts are out)

 

How can I contribute?

  • Writing: As the sections for V2 are already allocated, if you would like to contribute to a specific section, please contact the section owner as noted in the outline. Otherwise you may join the review of the document once chapters drafts are published for review.
  • Sponsoring: we are looking for sponsors for the specific activities. Sponsors would be listed in the published document and on our web-page (and planned web site). Immediate sponsoring opportunities are: 
    • Hosting WAFEC summit at RSA 2013: two hours meetings close to the conference. 
    • Technical  writer for WAFEC 2.0: expected in the next few months. up to a 100 pages. can be split between several technical writers.
    • Press release for WAFEC 2 launch: expected in the next few months.
